Our neon polishes are custom-formulated to be worn without a white base color and its UV reactive properties means it glows under black light. As always, our crème polishes feature a smooth, high quality formula for ease of use and long lasting wear. For a limited time, our entire Vice Collection includes our new wide brush which makes application quick and easy. NOTES: Neon polishes dry to a satin finish. We recommend applying a layer of top coat for a glossy shine. Store product in a cool, dark place. Born out of a desire to transcend the limited color palettes of conventional nail polish brands, Cirque Colors nail polish is a non-toxic, 10-free formula that is also vegan and cruelty-free!Directions: Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2-3 thin coats of nail polish then finish with top coat. NOTE: Our neon polishes dry to a satiny-matte finish. We recommend applying our Looking Glass Top Coat for a glossy shine. Neons will fade with direct exposure to sunlight. Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place. Neons may change color over time – older bottles may not look the same as newer bottles.
